Joining
PASS is Easy
To become a member, simply complete our one-page
application and mail it along with your first year's dues and the
one-time application fee to PASS.

Quick Tip! The
application is set up as a PDF form that you can fill out on your
computer. Once you have opened the document in Adobe Reader, save
the file to your computer. Then select and move the hand icon over
the first form field and click. Begin typing
at the

file and then print out a hard copy to send to us.
